Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42503098) dated (4/8/1442) Concerning what was stated by the General Real Estate Authority, based on one of the elements of the memorandum of cooperation signed with them regarding improvement of real estate services and awareness of real estate establishments, and kindly to what they received from the Secretary-General of the Committee for Sale and Leasing on the map regarding the issuance of the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing Decision No. (342) ) And the date (7/12/1442), Amending the fee for the internal real estate marketing license for off-plan sales projects inside the Kingdom, stipulated in Ministerial Resolution No. (3692) and dated (3/4/1438), to support and facilitate off-plan sales, and encouraging developers to take advantage of them and apply for the necessary licenses to practice this activity.
Accordingly, the Council hopes for real estate development and marketing companies and institutions and real estate offices, according to what has been mentioned in its regard, about taking advantage of these stimulating steps for real estate development, and not selling or offering any real estate units for which a certificate of completion of construction or marketing has not been issued for them in any media or in real estate offices Except after obtaining the necessary licenses from the General Secretariat of the Off-Plan Sale or Lease Committee (Wafi) at the Ministry of Housing.
